ERT: European Regional Team
A dedicated group of people from across the continent who bring unity and direction to the European Navigators.
The team is led by Bernard Dishman.
Bernard and Deb are people of integrity. They have worked with the Navigators in the UK and Europe, served in their local community and among students. And everywhere they go, they seek to help people become followers of Jesus. The Dishman’s live in England with their children and grandchildren.
Carmen lives in Romania with her husband. Together they facilitate a program where young people work in teams to help those who are less fortunate in life. It creates amazing opportunities to serve and explore the deep questions of life. Carmen loves a good discussion over a cup of coffee.
Ramin has lived in Germany for many years, even though his family is scattered around the world. He had a deep love for people and together with his wife, they minister to anyone who God puts in their path. They make you feel like the most important person in the world.
Tim lives in the UK. He originally came from New Zealand where he met Jesus in his first year at university. He married Annie, a medical doctor and together they ministered in East Africa for 17 years. They now live in Manchester. Both Tim and Annie have a great desire to help people encounter their living God.
Mark grew up in the USA and felt God’s call to join the Navigators in Hungry. He and his wife left their family and friends and now minister in Budapest. Both are passionate about making disciples for Jesus, and their doors are always open for visitors.
Claudia has a deep passion for seeing people become whole in Jesus. For many years she led the student work in Germany, as well as supporting her husband who is the Germany country leader for the Navigators. Together, their home is a place where many find sanctuary.
Jaap spent many years as a missionary in France, first in Strasbourg and then in Tours. When he returned to the Netherlands with his family, he continued his passion for missions and now leads the International Missions Team for the Navigators in Europe.
