The Navigators UK equip people for lifelong, relational discipleship—sharing Jesus through Scripture, prayer, and mentoring, from student hubs to neighbourhoods, across the UK and beyond.
Sweden
The Navigators Sweden is growing again—discipling students, young adults, and professionals through local groups in Gothenburg and Uppsala, with a focus on relational, generational ministry.
Netherlands
Navigators Netherlands disciple students and adults through Bible study, community, and leadership development—learning together to live as followers of Jesus across all stages of life.
Norway
The Navigators Norway continue a legacy of relational discipleship—walking alongside students, families, and professionals in Oslo, Bergen, and Trondheim, with strong community and a focus on Scripture.

Crossing Cultures
Our ‘crossing cultures’ adventure began over 35 years ago. In 1988 we moved to Sparkhill, an incredibly diverse area of Birmingham – inner city, multicultural, at the poorer end of the socio-economic scale and predominantly South Asian, either of Sikh, Hindu or Muslim religion.
Living among these communities for 27 years, we gradually grew in our understanding of the cultures around us. We made friends and came alongside people who were very different to us. Dealing with difference is one of the biggest challenges we face in life. Whilst at times there was laughter, learning and encouragement, there was also discomfort, confusion and struggle…

For half a century, God’s vision for gospel impact has been unfolding here, shaping lives, fostering leadership, and building a resilient, faith-filled community.
