Missional Enterprise Network
Making Profit, Making Impact, Making Disciples
Missional Enterprise Network is a “Business as Mission” initiative of the Navigators in Europe. It is a network for people who are dreaming, developing, or already running their enterprises as holistic ministry platforms with a vision of a “Triple Bottom Line” – achieving financial profitability, having a positive Social (and Environmental) impact and creating space for spiritual transformation and discipleship of their people and all stakeholders.
We define “missional enterprises” broadly, covering for-profit businesses, but also NGOs that provide social and health services or art programs to a broader society, and also schools and educational institutions. Because all of those can be signposts for the Kingdom and spaces where the Gospel is shared, lived out and experienced in the context of everyday work.
The primary hub of Missional Enterprise Network’s activity in Europe is the Agathe Center for Entrepreneurship in Bratislava, Slovakia. Vibrant community of missional entrepreneurs is also happening in the UK. Agathe team is available for clients from all around Europe (and beyond) to provide:
- Networking and mutual support,
- Mentoring and Coaching,
- Resource Development Consulting,
- Trainings, Seminars and Conferences. One of the key resources Agathe developed is “From Building to Blessing” framework for all entrepreneurs.
